MediRx Terms of Service

Welcome to MediRx. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MediRx mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Prerevise ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • This App is intended for use by pharmacy owners, chemists, and authorized medical store personnel in India.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Scope of Service

  • MediRx provides a platform for inventory management, GST-compliant billing, and pharmacy record-keeping.

  • The App is currently offered as a "Free to Use" service supported by advertisements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

  • Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, GST regulations, and all other applicable Indian laws.

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the App, including medicine names, expiry dates, batch numbers, and tax calculations. MediRx is not liable for errors in billing or inventory caused by incorrect user input.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the App for any illegal purposes or to manage restricted substances outside the scope of your valid pharmacy license.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its code, design, logos, and original content, is the intellectual property of Prerevise.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business operations. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Fees and Payments

  • The core App is free with advertisements.

  • Support Services: While the app is free, technical support or premium features may be subject to a fee as indicated within the App or via our official communication channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • No Business Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediRx/Prerevise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from your use of the App.

  • GST & Tax: While we provide GST calculation tools, users should verify calculations with a professional tax consultant. We are not responsible for any tax-related penalties or discrepancies.

7. Data Backup

  • While we offer a "Cloud Backup" feature, users are encouraged to regularly export their data and maintain independent backups. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, unauthorized access, or account deletion.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. You may uninstall the App at any time to terminate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tripura/India.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
